Mannik with raisins

Fast, simple, delicious - the perfect addition to tea! It is prepared very simply, like baking, and the table and hands are clean, a great alternative to semolina porridge, the children eat it themselves, without any requests and persuasions, I added raisins to the dough, as it made the mannikin more fun. You can bake in small cupcake molds, next time I will do so, since my shape turned out to be very large for this amount of dough and my mannikin turned out not so high, which upset me a little, but pleased me with the convenience of slicing, the small triangles of mannikin quickly disappeared from the plate.
