Chocolate cake with walnuts

Excellent recipe for chocolate dessert for tea. The cake turns out to be very chocolate, tender and crumbly. I think it will be even tastier if you add a little cherry or raspberry to it, they will also add juiciness, but this is for my taste :) in the recipe it was written that such a pie can be stored for a week in an airtight container, but I could not check it, my husband ate one piece, with tea he ate almost the whole pie myself) I really hope that you will also like it! If you don't want to make chocolate, don't add cocoa - it will turn out very tasty too!

Melt butter or margarine over low heat and cool. Add powdered sugar or fine sugar, vanilla sugar and whisk everything well. In a small bowl, break 3 eggs and beat them a little with a fork. In small portions, add the beaten eggs to a bowl with butter and sugar, constantly whisking. You will get a lush and very delicate, creamy mass. Add the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder to the mass. Knead the dough. Add chopped walnuts (it would be better if the pieces were larger) and mix everything. Put the dough into a mold and bake in a preheated oven (180 C) for about 30 - 40 minutes. The finished cake is cooled on the grill, cut into portions, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
