Apple Pie Poetic

Let's ask for a crumb during the winter cold, a pie made of apples that will warm the souls. It is very easy to prepare and extremely tasty, apples sliced with a potato peeler played a role, they are visible on the cut with a multi-layered structure, and when soaked with cream, they became like a layer of mica, very beautiful and gentle! According to this recipe, I tried a pie in my youth when I visited a literary cafe, so I decided to call it that, they say Marina Tsvetaeva used this recipe when she regaled her guests.

Mix all the ingredients for the dough (1.5 ct flour, 0.5ct sour cream, 150 melted sl. m, 1, 2 h.l. slda, or baking powder) and knead it, the dough turns out soft and not sticky.
Apples (1kg), preferably sour varieties, are cleaned and cut into thin slices, the thinner the better (I did it with a manual vegetable peeler)
Lightly beat the ingredients for the cream (1 tbsp sour cream, 1 egg, 1.5 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp flour, 10 g vanillin)
Spread the dough with your hands in the form (pre-greasing it with butter), leaving small sides.
Apples, thinly sliced, lay in layers on the dough.
Pour cream on top of everything.
Bake for 50 minutes on medium heat (180 gr)
Bon appetit!
