Mix yeast with salt, add milk, flour, sugar, butter softened at room temperature oil.


Knead the dough. The dough should not be thick (it is better to dust it with flour before cutting). The dough in the process of kneading quickly begins to peel off from the hands.

This dough rises a little, but becomes lush and increases significantly in volume during the baking process.
