We transfer the finished dough to a pan sprinkled with flour and close the lid. Cabbage and onion are washed and chopped finely, cabbage can be straws. Divide the prepared dough into small balls and leave it on the table for 5 minutes covered with a towel. Fry the onion in a frying pan, add cabbage, salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes. At this time, preheat the oven to 180-200 C. Roll out the dough into a layer, add warm minced meat and spread it on a baking sheet with greased butter or vegetable oil. Then lubricate the kulebyaku with beaten egg and bake at a temperature not lower than 180 C. This culinary recipe is easy to prepare and it turns out at the same time delicious and satisfying food.
