For the Prague cake according to this recipe, we beat eggs with sugar until a foamy mass is obtained, then add sour cream, cocoa, condensed milk, and soda. Beat all these ingredients with a mixer or a broom and at the end add flour and knead a soft dough. From this dough we bake three cakes, you can separate them, or you can bake one and divide it into three equal parts. We turn to the cream while the cakes are being baked. In a deep bowl, put the softened butter and beat it. Then pour out the remaining condensed milk and cocoa. We mix all this well and put it in the refrigerator. Remove the cakes from the oven and wait until they cool down. Then we lubricate two cakes with our cream, and put them on top of each other, pour the third cake with glaze. And we make out the cake as we can.
For the glaze, mix butter, milk, cocoa and sugar in a saucepan, put on the stove and bring to a boil. As soon as the glaze thickens, we remove it from the stove and pour it on the top cake of our cake. I like to add a bar of chocolate to the glaze during its preparation. I broke it into pieces and mixed it with the main glaze over low heat. Have a nice tea with such excellent food.
