From sifted flour, softened margarine, eggs and granulated sugar, we knead a steep dough, adding salt and vanilla. We wrap the dishes with the dough with cling film and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour. At this time, we will do the filling for our baking. Nuts are pre-crushed (for example, in a coffee grinder) and thoroughly mixed with jam. Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Most of it will be rolled into a layer. I prefer to roll out the dough immediately on parchment paper, in this case, there is no risk of damaging the layer while moving into the baking dish. We make the layer 1 cm thick . and with a diameter 2-3 cm larger than the diameter of the mold in which you will bake. We put the resulting layer into a mold and distribute the filling over it. Roll out the remaining piece of dough into a thinner layer and cut into narrow strips. From these strips we spread a grid on the pie. We bend the sides inside and put them in a preheated oven to 200 °. Bake for 30-40 minutes .
