Soon my daughter has the very first birthday in her life. This is a very important holiday for me. I want to invite guests, cook a lot of delicious food. In search of culinary recipes, I came across a Golden Fish pie. It is distinguished by its original design and ease of preparation. So, first we need to buy ready-made puff pastry and sea tongue in the store. In fact, fillets of other fish, such as pink salmon or trout, can be used for filling. But, as you know, our language is boneless, and this greatly simplifies the process and saves our time. We will divide the dough into two parts. First, thinly, no more than 5 mm, roll out the first part. Connect your imagination and cut out the contour of our fish from the rolled dough. Do not forget to highlight the tail and fins, pinning down the "feathers" with a fork. Don't get carried away, it will be more interesting later. Now, spread the sliced sea tongue on the dough, sprinkle with spices and herbs. After that, we roll out the second part of the dough also thinly. We cut out a triangle with which we will cover the head of the fish. Don't forget to pinch the edges. From the scraps of dough we mold the eye and apply it to the right place. And now we take a glass and cut out even circles from the dough - it will be "scales". It is necessary to lay out the "scales" from the tail so that each subsequent row is found on the previous one. When the dough closes all the filling, our "Goldfish" is ready to go to the oven on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Our creation will be baked for about an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. The finished cake should be greased with butter and covered. I think this dish will decorate any festive table and surprise guests!
