To make a wonderful plum cake with cottage cheese, you need to thoroughly wash the plums, cut and remove the bones from them.
Mix one egg with milk, add vegetable oil there. Stir.
Gradually add fine-grained cottage cheese with a pinch of salt, as well as 100 grams of granulated sugar mixed with one bag of vanilla sugar. Mix the sifted flour with one bag of baking powder. Carefully pour the flour into the mass and gently stir with a mixer for 5-6 minutes at medium speed.
Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with vegetable oil. Spread the dough evenly with your hands over the entire surface of the baking sheet (or mold). Sprinkle the dough with breadcrumbs and carefully lay out the prepared plums. Preheat the oven to 175-180 degrees, and bake the pie for 40-45 minutes. While the pie is cooking, whisk the egg whites and the remaining sugar into the foam, gradually adding lemon juice, and, 10-15 minutes before the pie is ready, reduce the heat, put the whipped mass on top of the plums. When the pie is cooked, remove it from the oven, let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Fragrant and delicious food is ready.

Have a pleasant festive and everyday appetite!
