To cook a rabbit in the oven, we cut the rabbit carcass into pieces. Then add salt, pepper and roll them in flour. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Peel and cut the potatoes in half. Tomatoes are peeled and cut into slices. After that, the pieces of rabbit are fried in oil and spread out of the frying pan. Fry the potatoes in the remaining fat. Add onion, garlic and almonds to the potatoes. Mix everything thoroughly, spread the tomato slices, pour in the wine, warm broth and milk. Sprinkle parsley, cloves and cinnamon on top, bring the sauce to a boil. Then we put pieces of fried meat and vegetables in a baking dish. Pour almond sauce, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. It turns out a wonderful meal for a festive table and not only. Bon appetit!
