    Roll out the dough on the work surface of the table into a layer 0.6-0.7 mm thick and cut out curly cookies from it. If you don't have special molds, you can use a regular glass and make round cookies.

    Bake in an oven heated to 180-170 degrees for 15-20 minutes - until the cookies turn pink. If you like a drier one, hold it for a while. The temperature and baking time depend only on your oven, be guided by it. When the cookies are browned, take them out and cool them.

    You can sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar. Its taste is no different from ordinary cookies (except that it tastes better). Brine, as I understand it, is used here for friability, and it does its job! Bon appetit!
