To start, we prepare the filling. Tomatoes are cut into quarters and crushed in a blender. Tomato puree is poured into a frying pan and boiled, seasoned with salt and pepper, you can also add dried herbs and a pinch of sugar. Chop the onion and garlic. Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add minced meat, mix and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomato puree and simmer the filling for about 15 minutes until the meat is ready. Fill the filling to taste.

For the Bechamel sauce: melt butter in a frying pan and add flour, fry the flour for a few minutes and add milk. Mix everything well, add salt, pepper (if desired, you can add a pinch of nutmeg). Cook until thickened (about 5 minutes, look at the consistency), the sauce should be as thick as liquid sour cream.

Stuffing the canelloni. Cover the bottom of the mold with sauce, spread the stuffed cannelloni and pour the remaining sauce on top. The sauce should completely cover them (since it is due to the sauce that our cannelloni will be cooked). Bake cannelloni in a preheated 180 C oven for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Our stuffed cannelloni is ready. Bon appetit!
