Beat the egg with a fork and smear a strip of pita bread with beaten egg without filling, fix the roll on top. With the rest of the egg, we lubricate the entire surface of the roll and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let the baked roll cool down, cut into portions and serve to the table.
