1. Separate the mushroom caps from the legs.
2. Chop the parsley and green onion, chop the garlic.
3. Heat a frying pan with butter, put the caps in it, sprinkle with salt.
4. Fry for 1 minute on each side over high heat.
5. In a baking dish, arrange the fried mushroom caps.
6. Add garlic to the hot frying pan where the mushrooms were fried. Add the parsley and green onions to the same place. Fry them for 1 minute.
7. Cut off the crust of brie cheese, cut it into squares, put each of them in a mushroom cap.
8. Put the toasted garlic and herbs on top of the cheese.
9. Put the mold in a preheated 175 degree oven for 15 minutes.
10. Serve the finished champignons on the table warm.
