Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h
1. To prepare the cake, take 3 eggs, beat with sugar, add vanilla and flour. We knead not a steep dough.
2. Lubricate the split mold with vegetable oil and pour the resulting dough into it. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
3. The resulting cake is left in a detachable form and while it is warm, we impregnate it with strawberry syrup or simply sweetened water.
4. To prepare the souffle, mix cottage cheese, yogurt and sugar in a bowl. whisk everything well with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained without lumps.
5. Gelatin must be soaked in water to swell. Then it needs to be melted (I put it in the microwave for 1 min. at a temperature of 600 degrees).
6. Add the melted gelatin to the curd-yogurt mixture. And gently mix.
7. Pour the resulting mixture onto the soaked cake.
8. While the souffle is not frozen, we spread the strawberries on top so that it sinks a little.
9. Put in the refrigerator until completely solidified. If desired, you can additionally decorate to your liking.
