Tsvetaevsky pie with apples and sour cream

A very delicious pie will give you an unforgettable feeling. This pie is called Tsvetaevsky because, according to legend, it was prepared by the Tsvetaeva sisters at the beginning of the twentieth century for their intellectual guests. Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Grate butter at room temperature and mix with 1.5 cups of flour. Then pour half a cup of sour cream into the dough and mix well. At the end, add the soda, mix and knead the dough a little with your hands. The dough should be soft and not stick to your hands.
2. Peel the apples, remove the core and use a potato peeler to cut into thin plates similar to petals.
3. Roll out the dough and shape it into the container in which you will bake the pie. Lay the dough on the bottom of the mold, spread the apple petals on top.
4. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of sour cream, egg, sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour and whisk lightly. The cream consistency should be quite liquid. Fill the mold with dough and apples with cream.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the mold there and bake for 50 minutes.
