Turn on the oven at 150 degrees.
Using a pastry bag, put the protein mass on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper in the form of hearts. The second layer is applied to the sides.
Reduce the oven temperature to 100 degrees. We put the meringues and dry them for 90 minutes.
Remove, cool, remove from baking sheet. Put a little condensed milk inside each "heart", decorate with slices of kiwi and almond petals.
