To begin with, 4 eggs need to be boiled in a steep and left to cool. Minced meat for the roll is prepared from beef and pork in equal proportions. Beat the egg with milk, finely chop the onion and parsley. Add beaten egg, onion and parsley to the minced beef and pork, salt, pepper to taste and mix everything well. We cover the form with foil, put part of the minced meat on the bottom of the mold, put the peeled whole eggs along in one line, then spread the remaining minced meat on top, shaping the roll and closing all the edges. And we bake the meatloaf in the oven. The roll can be made in another way. 

To do this, take a food wrap, spread the minced meat 5 cm thick on the film, in the center of the minced eggs, wrap the roll and put it on a baking sheet in a preheated oven. It is better to pour the formed juice over the roll from time to time, or pour water into the baking tray. The finished roll can be decorated with greens.
