Pour salt and flour into a bowl and mix with a spoon. Then pour in vegetable oil and half a cup of water. Mix again and knead with your hands until smooth. If you take starch jelly instead of water, then in this case the dough will become even more plastic. If the dough turns out to be too soft, then take a tablespoon of flour and mix at the bottom of the bowl with a tablespoon of salt. After that, press the dough to this mixture, and squeeze it all thoroughly. Make the dough more dense. 
Then wrap the resulting dough in a plastic bag and leave for 3 hours in the refrigerator. After that, you can sculpt any figures from the salted dough that your imagination tells you. Baked and served figures will surely surprise your guests, and especially children, you'll see.
