Take a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in olive oil and fry finely chopped onion, carrot grated on a fine grater and crushed garlic. We introduce tomato puree (not pasta!) and simmer for about 20 minutes. Grate the Parmesan and mix it with minced meat, one egg, salt and pepper. We put eggs and lasagna sheets to boil, and form small meatballs from minced meat, which we fry in boiling oil. Boiled eggs are cut into circles. In a greased form, spread the tomato mass, cover with lasagna and put the meatballs. Pour tomatoes, cover with lasagna and add a layer of cottage cheese (this is instead of Ricotta cheese), sprinkle it with grated Parmesan. And repeat everything until the lasagna is over. At the very top we should have a layer of tomatoes and cheese. Cover the mold with foil and put it in the oven for twenty minutes. Take out, remove the foil and bake for another ten minutes.
