Chicken in sour cream sauce in pots

For special guests! Delicious, very simple and fast! I have a lot of thick notebooks for cooking recipes. Some of them I open often, while others have been gathering dust for years. And then one day in one of the notebooks, which I haven't opened for exactly a couple of years, I came across a culinary recipe for chicken in tomato-sour cream nutmeg sauce in pots for the oven. I don't even remember how I got this recipe: either I read it somewhere, or I wrote it down at another party with friends. I only know that until this year I have never cooked chicken according to this recipe. And I didn't cook in vain! It turned out to be amazingly delicious.

Washed and dried the chicken thighs and pan-fried them in a mixture of flour and salt, and then fried in a frying pan until lightly browned. I put the fried thighs in pots. I put rings of fresh pomodores on them, and sprinkled fried onions on top and seasoned with nutmeg. Sour cream mixed with a mixture of red and black ground peppers and warmed up a little on fire. I poured sour cream sauce over the food and put the pots in the oven for half an hour. I cooked at an average temperature, and preheated the oven. He poured finely chopped greens into each pot abundantly and served them to the table. Very soon it only remained to wash the pots, although they were clean enough anyway. No one left anything, not even dieting acquaintances.
