Simple lasagna is the easiest culinary recipe for a wonderful dish of Italian cuisine. For him, even sheets of this very lasagna are not required – they are more than replaced by boiled pasta. Such a dish can be cooked, in principle, quite often, since absolutely all products are, as they say, "democratic", daily.
Put the pasta to cook in boiling salted water. Cut the onion into half rings, and the sausage into small pieces. Put butter in a frying pan and fry the sausage until it turns golden. Now add the onion and chopped garlic. Reduce the heat and continue to fry, stirring, for about three minutes. Pour in the same tomato puree and tomato paste, salt and pepper. Put the chopped red pepper and bay leaf. As soon as the mass begins to gurgle, turn down the heat and cover with a lid. We keep it like this for about ten minutes. We take out the lavrushka. Drain the water from the pasta. In a rectangular shape, we spread the third part of the sausage and tomato mass, half of the boiled pasta and half of the grated cheese on it. Again we put the sausage in tomato, pasta, cheese. And we put it to bake in the oven until ready (the food will arrive in time for 12-14 minutes).
