We prepare a biscuit from the dough products. To do this, carefully whipping the ingredients with a mixer, bake the cake in a hot oven. The cooled cake is cut into 3 layers. In a split form corresponding to the shape of the biscuit, we put a layer of sponge cake and fill it with warm milk jelly.
To make jelly, beat cold sour cream, powdered sugar with a mixer at low speed and add the gelatin dissolved in boiling milk and cooled. Then whisk everything well until a fluffy mass is obtained.
After 15-20 minutes necessary for the jelly to solidify, we spread the second layer of sponge cake. Repeat this procedure until we lay the last third layer of sponge cake and pour it with jelly. When the jelly hardens, we will release the cake from the mold and decorate the surface with a cream pattern.
