Forshmak with herring and beef

Quickly eaten and beautifully called - it's forshmak! Once in a restaurant, a friend ordered a forshmak. At first I liked the name, but after I tried this unusual food for us and the snack itself did not leave me indifferent. It was not difficult to find out the recipe, and I am happy to share it with you.

  1. Step 1:

    Prepare products for forshmak: cut herring into fillets, boil meat and potatoes and cool. You will also need: raw chicken egg, sour cream and salt. The ingredients indicate the weight of already prepared products.

    Cut the meat into small pieces.

    Also cut the herring fillet.

    Peel and dice the potatoes.

    Put meat, fillets and potatoes in a blender bowl. Add sour cream and egg.

    Punch with a blender to the state of souffle, taste for salt, correct the taste. Mix it up.

    Decompose the resulting mass into baking pans. I used three molds measuring 11* 7 cm.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees, then grease with butter and bake for another 19 minutes.

    Cool the finished forshmak a little, take it out of the molds and cut into small slices. Serve warm with a piece of butter.
