Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Take the butter, put it in a ladle and heat it over medium heat, without bringing the oil to a boil.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Take a deep large container, pour melted butter into it. In the same container, pour granulated sugar, add vanilla to taste and sift wheat flour through a sieve. All the components of the container are thoroughly mixed.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Gradually pour milk into the resulting mass and continue to knead the dough. A little more milk may be required, because the dough itself should not be too liquid in consistency, but also not too thick. The ideal option would be a dough with a consistency resembling thick sour cream, that is, like dough prepared for pancakes.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

When the dough for waffles is ready for baking, we install special nozzles for baking them in a multi-baker or take a waffle iron and put it to heat up. Already spread the dough on the heated surface and close the lid. Bake the waffles for about 2 minutes. If desired, you can bake waffles a little more or less. The color of the waffles themselves and their "friedness" depends on the time.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

When the waffles are baked, we take them out and, if necessary, immediately give the desired shape while the waffles are hot, because later it will be impossible to do this, they will harden and will only break. We do not immediately release the twisted wafer, we hold it a little, because it can turn around. The most common form is a tube, in this case it is simply necessary to twist it. Or you can give the waffle the shape of a cone.

These waffles can be very diverse in their execution. This sweet product can be rolled into a tube and filled with boiled condensed milk, you can give them a cone shape and fill with cream, you can make caramel sauce, grease one part of the waffle with it and cover the second, you can twist it into a tube, cut it into 3 identical parts, half of each of which is dipped in melted chocolate. In general, there are a lot of options, it remains only to choose one of them and bake the waffles themselves.
