Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

Dissolve sugar in warm water with yeast (fresh). Leave to approach for 10 minutes in a warm place.
As soon as the foam cap appears, continue on.
Pour yeast into a wide bowl, add egg, salt, flour, sifted (leave a handful to roll out the dough). Knead the dough. Add softened butter. As a result, you will get a tender, pliable dough. Now cover the bowl with cling film and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Chop finely boiled eggs, chop finely green onions. Mash the fish (you can take any canned fish with butter or your own juice) with a fork along with the butter. Mix eggs, onions and fish. We put the filling aside.
We spread the dough that has come up on the work surface. Divide into 2 parts and roll out each. There should be 2 circles around the diameter of the bowl of the slow cooker, taking into account the sides.
Grease the multi bowl with butter and put the first part of the dough on the bottom, making the sides 4 cm high. Put the filling on the dough. Close the top with the second part of the dough and pinch the edges.
Turn on the "Baking" mode in the slow cooker for 40 minutes. Then we take out the hot pie, turn it upside down and bake for another 20 minutes. This is necessary in order for the pie to turn out with a beautiful baked crust. Otherwise it will be white. Again, if you have a pressure cooker, the cooking time can be reduced to 20-30 minutes.
