Chicken meatballs in a slow cooker

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min

1. My fillet, we pass through a meat grinder. Half of the onion is cleaned and also passed through a meat grinder, combined with minced meat.

2. We put the pieces of the loaf in a bowl, pour milk, peel the garlic, then grind the softened loaf and garlic with a meat grinder.

3. Break the eggs into the resulting minced meat, add salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.

4. Peel the remaining onion, cut into large cubes.

5. Peel the carrots and grate them coarsely.

6. Fry onions and carrots in half of vegetable oil until soft, then add tomato paste, pour in hot water (about 200 ml), add bay leaf. Cook the sauce for 15 minutes.

7. Turn on the slow cooker to the "Frying" mode, pour in the rest of the vegetable oil. We form meatballs from minced meat, breading each of them in flour, then fry on both sides until browned.

8. We put all the meatballs into the bowl of the slow cooker, pour the sauce. Select the "Extinguishing" mode, set the time to 25 minutes.
