Cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker without semolina

Prepare a delicate delicacy with a slow cooker! Very often I cook cottage cheese casseroles. They perfectly complement the children's diet, as cottage cheese has an incredible amount of useful substances, in particular vitamin B12. The slow cooker copes with the task and the casserole turns out tender, lush and very tasty.

Separate the whites from the yolks and use a mixer to beat until fluffy, adding a pinch of salt.

In a separate container, mix cottage cheese with yolks and sugar, and add flour to the resulting mass. This process can also be accomplished by arming yourself with a mixer.

In the curd mixture, very carefully mix the whipped whites.

Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with a small piece of butter, spread the curd mass into it. After installing the "Baking" program, we cook for 45 minutes.

At the end of the set time, we remove the casserole and, dividing it into portions, serve it on the table. Optionally, you can pour strawberry or any other jam.
