Cooking method

1. The cottage cheese is well kneaded, you can rub it through a sieve. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and salt to the cottage cheese, mix thoroughly until smooth.
2. Add the cheese to the curd mass, mix well again, then pour in the flour and knead the curd dough.
3. Form balls from the curd dough and roll them in flour.
4. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan and heat it up, then gently dip the curd balls into the hot oil.
5. Fry cottage cheese donuts until browning over medium heat, then remove from the hot oil with a slotted spoon and transfer to a dish covered with a paper napkin so that the excess oil goes away.
6. Next, put the warm cottage cheese donuts on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with tea.
