    Sift 250 grams of flour, put salt in it, mix. Pour boiling water over the mixture, stir it well and let it cool down a little. Pour in the olive oil, mix again. Sift the remaining flour, gradually pour it in, kneading the dough. Knead it until it stops sticking to your hands. Form a ball out of it, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

    Twist pork and beef. It is better to do it 2 times. Peel and finely chop the onion, put it to the minced meat. Pour in the milk, add salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

    Roll out the dough into a thin layer (about 2 mm thick). Cut small circles out of the dough with a round shape. You can just use a glass.

    Put 1 tsp on each circle with the top of the filling, fold the circle in half, pinching the edges.

    Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the chebupeli over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Bon appetit!
