Breaded onion rings

Miracle snack of instant cooking! I tried this yummy for the first time from my best friend - she treated us to onion rings with tomato sauce. This is a great snack, believe me! I didn't even realize right away that it was an ordinary onion. Liked it, decided to try to cook. You know, it's just a lifesaver for friendly gatherings!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

Peel the onion, cut into rings (not too thin, otherwise they will break). Carefully divide each ring.

Pour the milk into a deep vessel, put onion rings in it, add Tabasco sauce (since it is spicy, do not add a lot at once, it is better to measure it accurately and adjust to taste).

Pepper and salt the contents of the container, let it marinate a little, for 10 minutes (make sure that the onion is completely covered with marinade).

Mix flour and red pepper in one container, pour breadcrumbs into the other.

Each onion ring is breaded in flour, then returned to the marinade, dipping, and again breaded from all sides, only already in breadcrumbs.

Fry onion rings in well-heated vegetable oil on both sides.

We spread it on a large dish and help ourselves!

Serve your favorite sauce with onion rings and surprise your friends.
