Brushwood on kefir with cottage cheese

A great addition to tea. Fast, easy and delicious! Cottage cheese is very much loved by my children. It is airy, soft, sweet and very tasty with tea or cocoa. Try to cook!

1. Prepare the dough:

In a bowl, combine the egg with cottage cheese, add vanilla, salt, sugar. Mix all the ingredients. Pour kefir into the resulting mass and immediately add soda, let the reaction pass. Now we introduce flour, carefully sift through a sieve for 1 cup.

After 3 cups, we spread the dough on a work surface powdered with flour and knead, adding the right amount of flour. Flour may not go all - it depends on the consistency of cottage cheese. As a result, the dough turns out not to be hard, but on the contrary - soft and tender.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a layer, cut into strips. On each strip in the center we make an incision and turn one end of the strip through it.

2. Deep-frying:

Heat the oil in a saucepan with a high side. When the oil heats up, we lower the brushwood into it and fry until browned for about 1 minute.

We put the finished brushwood on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Let it cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve with tea!
