Pea flour chips

Chips are not from the store and not from potatoes! They prepare quickly and simply! These chips turn out to be very fragrant and with a nutty taste. Who does not know - they will not even say that they are made of simple peas!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Sift both types of flour into a bowl and mix.
2. Add salt and dried basil to the flour. Mix it up.
3. Gradually adding water, knead a thick, dense dough. You may need more or less water than indicated in the list of ingredients. Leave the dough for 30 minutes. If the room is dry, cover the dough with a film.
4. After half an hour, put the dough on a surface dusted with flour and roll out into a layer 1-3 mm thick.
5. Cut the dough into squares-lozenges.
6. Heat the oil and fry the chips in oil in portions. Put the finished chips in a colander or a napkin to remove excess oil.
You can add any spices you like to the dough for such chips.
