French fries can be cooked whole! Try it - it's very tasty! We really like to cook such potatoes when they are fresh - only from the garden. Usually all the small potatoes go to such a treat. Children especially love her. As a snack, it is also good, well, and simply - a delicious and hearty dinner.

1. Small potatoes need to be washed and cleaned before frying. It's good if it's new potatoes - you don't have to peel them.
2. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or saucepan, add a couple of rosemary needles. In the variant with a saucepan, a metal sieve-colander can be used for the convenience of loading and removing potatoes.
3. Fry the potatoes in portions in oil over medium heat so that the potatoes are well fried and do not burn, for 7-10 minutes. Before the first loading of potatoes, remove the rosemary from the oil, otherwise it will burn in it.
4. Dry the finished potatoes with paper towels, season with salt, sprinkle with herbs and serve hot.
