Do you like donuts? The most delicious classic recipe with different sprinkles! Previously, donuts for me were associated only with American policemen, but one day I wanted to cook them myself! I tried several recipes, but I stopped at this one, which was called classic. I hope you will like it too!

    Beat the egg a little

    Mix the sourdough, flour, egg and butter, knead the dough

    Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour

    After an hour, our dough came up very well

    We make another hole in the center - I was worried that it would turn out too big, but in the end it turned out well. Cover and let rise for 10-15 minutes

    Deep fry. Attention - they are fried instantly, literally 1 min. on one side

    Spread on paper towels to stack excess fat

    And for decoration we will need a chocolate bar, coconut chips, confectionery sprinkles and powdered sugar

    Melt chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath

    Dip donuts on one side in chocolate

    And for a change, dip a few doughnuts in condensed milk and decorate with confectionery sprinkles - condensed milk will certainly not harden, but this is not necessary - they will be eaten immediately. Sprinkle some of the donuts with powdered sugar
