A wonderful dessert during the hot summer! It will perfectly decorate any festive table!
We take 4 bags of multi-colored jelly. We do it according to the instructions (you can add a little less water) in different containers. When the jelly hardens, cut into small squares. We put jelly, kiwi, bananas, prunes (stuffed with nuts) in a silicone mold. Beat 0.5 liters of sour cream with sugar (to taste) - I have one glass. You can add vanilla for flavor. Dissolve a bag of gelatin (15g) in water (300-400 gr), add to sour cream and mix thoroughly. Pour sour cream jelly and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. When it freezes, put it in hot water for a few seconds. Cover with a dish and turn over. Serve cold =)
Among the cooking options, you can put jelly on a sponge cake, you can smear cream with whipped cream or chocolate.
