Banana sambuk

Light, airy as marshmallows dessert of bananas. For this recipe, you do not need to bake and cool apples, just peel a banana. The finished sambuk darkens, but remains a pleasant coffee color. Delicious with tea or juice.

    Beat at high speed until lightened and increased in volume for 3-5 minutes. Without stopping whipping, pour in the gelatin and whisk for another 1-2 minutes.

    Pour into a creamer and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

    If desired, you can put some of the mass in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, put it in a pastry bag and make it beautiful.

Before adding gelatin, try for sugar. Instead of sugar, you can add vanilla sugar or powdered sugar. Ready-made sambuk can be sprinkled with cocoa or chocolate chips before serving.
The cooking time is indicated taking into account the swelling time of gelatin.
