Orange ice cream with oranges

Delicious homemade ice cream with citrus flavor! Who doesn't like ice cream?! Neither adults nor children will refuse this delicacy, especially in the summer heat. Of course, you can buy a ready-made product in the store, but ice cream made at home is much tastier and healthier. And the notes of orange will give this delicacy a special taste that will not leave anyone indifferent. If desired, ice cream can be sprinkled with grated milk or bitter chocolate when serving.

Orange is washed under running water. Using a grater (on a fine grater), remove the peel from the orange, squeeze the juice out of the orange. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour sugar, zest, pour juice and add a little water. Simmer the mixture until the sugar dissolves. Cool the syrup. Add milk and cream to it, mix thoroughly. Refrigerate in the refrigerator. Then we put it in the freezer. After half an hour, while the mixture is soft, beat it with a mixer. And repeat this procedure every half hour four more times. This will be enough for the ice cream to harden well.
We serve ice cream in cremans on orange slices.
Bon appetit!
