Ice cream cake

Beautiful, original and extremely delicious cottage cheese dessert. I think such a curious culinary recipe is not often found, and therefore its value is doubled. This is a dessert of Italian cuisine, food that you want to indulge yourself from time to time, especially since it is prepared very quickly.

Rub the chocolate waffles on a coarse grater, gently mix with softened butter. Now we put everything in three or more wide glasses and put it in the freezer for about half an hour. While the mass is frozen, we are engaged in cottage cheese: we rub it with a fork together with granulated sugar. Separately, in a mixer, beat the sour cream until fluffy, put vanilla. After both masses are combined into one and whisk again until smooth. Dry the well-washed cherries, remove the bones from them and cut into pieces. Put the berries in the curd mass and mix. We take out the glasses and report the resulting mixture into them. Again we put it in the freezer, but already for two hours. After we take the ice cream cake out of the glasses, put it on plates, sprinkle with grated chocolate and ground nuts (optional). Decorate with whole petioles.
