Cooking method

1. Vegetables and herbs are washed, dried with a towel. Peel the garlic.

2. We cut out the peduncle of the peppers, remove the seeds. Cut the peppers into small pieces and put them in a blender bowl.

3. Add garlic cloves to the peppers, chop everything together.

4. Finely chop the greens.

5. Thoroughly mix the vegetable gruel with herbs.

6. Cut the tomatoes from bottom to bottom, but not to the end, leaving room.

7. Stuffing tomatoes with vegetable filling.

8. In a small saucepan, pour water into which we add salt, sugar, citric acid. Bring to a boil.

9. Tomatoes are placed in a jar (or any other glass container), filled with brine.

10. After the tomatoes cool down, we put them in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours. If they stand overnight, they will be especially vigorous :)
