Fat in a jar for long-term storage

Salted lard according to a proven grandmother's recipe. Arriving in the village, we rejoiced not only in the clean air and expanse, but also in grandmother's treats, among which were slices of rye bread with salted bacon. Delicious! The recipe has been preserved on the yellowed leaves of an old notebook for a long time. Recently we tried to repeat it - everything turned out exactly like grandma's.
