Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 25 min

1. Put the caviar in a ceramic container.
2. Boil 300 ml of water, dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt in it.
3. Pour the resulting brine over the caviar, mix, and then strain through a fine sieve (gauze).
4. Put the caviar back in the bowl.
5. Repeat the process 2 more times: boil water, dissolve salt, pour caviar, filter. For the third time, leave the caviar in boiling water for 3 minutes, after which also strain.
6. Add vegetable oil to the caviar, mix well.
7. Put the caviar in a glass container and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Caviar is ready to be served on the table.
