Delicious salted fish for dinner. Cooking is simple, it turns out delicious! I cook herring according to this recipe both on weekdays and on a festive table. It is also good as a snack. I especially like carrots in the composition and mustard seeds. The taste is excellent!

It is better to defrost the herring not completely. Cut it up, clean it, wash it. Cut the fish into pieces.

Wash the vegetables, peel the carrots, cut into circles. Peel the onion and cut it into rings.

Take a suitable glass container. Put the onion on its bottom, then put the carrots, mustard and pepper on top. Lay out the pieces of herring. Sprinkle it with sugar and salt.

Now fill the contents of the jar with vegetable oil, close the lid tightly and shake well. Put the jar of herring in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours, after which it can be served to the table. I usually clean up at night.

Bon appetit!
