    To make cucumbers better soaked in marinade, the tips of them need to be cut off on both sides. After soaking in water, drain the water, rinse the cucumbers again with clean water and let them dry.

    I wash the cans with soda and sterilize them in a water bath, put the neck of the jar on a kettle with boiling water and keep it for about 15 minutes from the moment the water boils, the cans with a volume of one liter. You can sterilize them in another convenient way: in the oven or in the microwave.

    Peel the garlic, cut the cloves into large pieces. The horseradish root is washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces. Wash the greens thoroughly and let them dry completely.

    At the bottom of the jars we put a few pieces of horseradish root, garlic cloves, parsley and dill, peppers, allspice, bay leaf and cloves.

    Put cucumbers tightly in jars. Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and pour vinegar. Put on the fire, bring the marinade to a boil, mix so that the sugar and salt completely dissolve. Pour the prepared marinade cucumbers in jars.

    Cover the jars with lids and sterilize in a saucepan with water, putting a cloth on the bottom. It takes about 15 minutes to sterilize cans of 1 liter, you can focus on the color of cucumbers in the jar, they should become olive color. Roll up the jars with lids and let them cool completely at room temperature in an inverted form under a warm blanket.
