In order to prepare pickled cheese according to this recipe, I first cut the hard cheese into small cubes. Although any hard cheese is suitable for this recipe. I prefer only parmesan. Then, I peel the garlic, wash it and cut it into plates. I grind allspice with peas in a mortar, you can use a rolling pin if you don't have a mortar. I wash the red pepper (hot) and cut it into thin rings, having previously cleaned it from seeds. In a one-liter jar I put cubes of hard cheese, sliced garlic, hot pepper, pepper, crushed in a mortar (peas) and rosemary. Then, I mix all the ingredients carefully. After that, I pour vegetable oil into the jar, it should completely cover the whole cheese. Then I close the jar tightly with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for one day. Exactly 24 hours later, I take out the cheese, put it on deep plates, without sauce and serve this food as a snack. This snack of hard cheese will be a great addition to the New Year's table. The pickled cheese is ready!
