I present a culinary recipe for a delicious salad. Decorate your table with an unusual and very tasty dish. Salad with tongue and mushrooms and pepper is certainly not a meal for every day, but sometimes you can afford something delicious.
So let's start the cooking process. If the tongue is raw, then rinse it and boil it. It is best to cook it like this: first bring it to a boil, and then drain the water, pour a new one, boil again, and then cook until ready. The tongue is cooked for about an hour and a half, depending on its size and condition.
When the tongue is cooked, let it cool and cut into small pieces.
Wash and slice the tomatoes. To prepare this salad, it is recommended to remove the seeds and the middle from the tomatoes.
Peel and slice the onion into slices, and then put it in vinegar for a while so that it marinates a little.
Peel and slice the sweet pepper as well.
Now mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add also pickled mushrooms, pepper, salt and pour olive oil over the salad. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it on our salad.
For use in this salad, I recommend taking extra virgin olive oil. It is both tastier and healthier.
