I advise this culinary recipe to anyone who wants to cook food for the future. A salad of pickled red onions is a food that will be perfectly preserved in the refrigerator for several days. In addition, it is useful and nutritious.
First you need to peel the sweet pepper, cut it into halves or quarters and lightly fry.
Now peel the pickled onion, but do not cut off the tails. Cut each onion into 6-8 pieces. Take a small saucepan and mix onion, vinegar, sugar, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a little salt and pepper to taste. Next, add water, put the pan on the fire and cook the marinade for 5-6 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat and let cool.
During this time, we will prepare the sauce. Take a blender and put in its bowl 3 tablespoons of oil, capers (pre-washed in cold water), chili pepper, salt. Process with a blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Next, we will catch all the onions from the marinade and let the marinade drain well from the bulbs. Mix the onion with the sauce and fried sweet pepper. Now you can put our dish on a nice plate and serve it on the table. But if you plan to serve this dish later, you may well store it in the refrigerator, from this it will not lose in taste at all.
