Cut the fish carcass into fillets. Cut into small pieces. You can use already prepared herring in oil. Pour vegetable oil and let it brew a little. The pieces should not be large in order to be completely marinated in oil. Well, the bones must be removed.

Prepare mustard sauce. Put an egg in a bowl, add sugar and rub.
Add mustard to this mixture and grind thoroughly, you can use a blender. Now pour in lemon juice and vegetable oil, which was left after marinating the fish. Again, mix thoroughly or whisk until smooth.
Put pieces of fragrant fillet on a dish or in a herring bowl and pour the sauce over it. We repeat this until the fish runs out. The top should be a layer of sauce. We send our masterpiece to the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Serve better with slices of rye bread. Bon appetit!
