Lightly salted cucumbers in 5 minutes

Such lightly salted cucumbers are good in summer, in the heat, with potatoes in a uniform! And in general, such cucumbers are good. Like a salad, like a salty-peppery and not as usual as a fresh cucumber from the garden. And if they are sluggish and not from the garden, then they should definitely be salted!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 5 min

1. Cut the cucumbers in half across, and then into 4 pieces lengthwise. Put it in a bowl, or better - immediately in a bag.
2. Add salt and pepper to the cucumbers, chop the herbs and garlic. Mix it up. If the cucumbers are already in the package, tie and shake. If in a bowl, after mixing, transfer to a bag and tie it.
3. Leave the cucumbers for 5 minutes in or just on (they are tastier when cold, but this does not affect the salting process much).
Pleasant!
