The cabbage head is cleaned and cut into large pieces (well, you already understood about the petals).
Raw beets are washed, cleaned and cut into circles about half a centimeter thick.
Peel the garlic and cut each slice into four parts.
We put cabbage in the prepared container (very tightly), shifting it in layers with beetroot and garlic.
We also add leaves of bay leaf.
We prepare a brine from water, salt, sugar and vinegar.
Fill our cabbage container with hot brine and leave it in a cold place for a day (in the refrigerator, for example).
It is possible to store cabbage "Pelustka" for quite a long time.
